Recently, the “Xinxing Generation: Navigators” China Insurance Winner Small Trend Forum, organized by CMF and Insurance Winner, convened in Jinan, bringing together industry professionals from various insurance companies and intermediary organizations. Participants emphasized the importance of focusing on talent development in the insurance sector, accelerating the growth of a new generation of insurance practitioners, and positively impacting the life insurance industry’s quality and productivity.
Wang Xiaofang, president of Insurance Winner Magazine and one of the forum initiators, highlighted that the marketing of life insurance in China has flourished over the past three decades, thanks to the emergence of successive generations of fresh talent in the industry.
Lin Haichuan, the executive secretary-general of the CMF conference and also an initiator of the forum, remarked on the focus on advanced productivity and production methods to empower the new generation of insurance professionals.
