On October 6, around 11 PM local time, a convoy from the Chinese-operated Karam Port Power Company was attacked in a terrorist incident near Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport, as reported by the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.
According to the latest updates, the attack has sadly claimed the lives of two Chinese nationals and left another injured, in addition to several local Pakistani personnel also suffering casualties.
The Chinese diplomatic mission in Pakistan has strongly condemned this act of terrorism, offering heartfelt condolences to the victims from both countries. They have expressed their sincere sympathies to the injured and their families, reiterating their commitment to working closely with Pakistani authorities to address the aftermath of this tragic event.
