Ninety years ago, the Central Red Army embarked on a monumental journey, leaving from Ruijin in Jiangxi province. Their expedition began at Yungang Mountain, often referred to as the “First Mountain of the Long March,” marking the start of an arduous trek spanning 25,000 li. During this challenging journey, Red Army soldiers bravely ascended snow-capped peaks and traversed vast grasslands, overcoming countless hardships and obstacles. Ultimately, they achieved a victorious reunion, collectively crafting a magnificent epic in the history of the Chinese revolution—the Long March.
