A recent incident at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport involving a well-known aviation livestreamer, known as “Little Tiger,” has sparked widespread attention. On October 16th, the Shenzhen Airport Police announced that they had taken administrative detention actions against a man identified as Wang, 42 years old, for his disruptive behavior.
According to the police report, on October 15th at approximately 4 PM, Wang, who was apparently intoxicated, was at the airport’s departure hall checking in while livestreaming on his phone. During this time, he pressured a female volunteer at a civil aviation check-in counter to remove her mask. After she refused, he allegedly continued to harass her and the airport staff. Wang then attempted to forcibly remove her mask with his hands, leading to a confrontation with a male traveler who tried to intervene, which significantly disrupted the check-in process.
Officers from the Shenzhen Airport Police quickly arrived on the scene to diffuse the situation. Wang was taken to a hospital to sober up, where his blood alcohol level was found to be 119mg/100ml. Following these events, the Shenzhen Airport Police reported that Wang had been subjected to administrative detention as per the law.
