According to the representatives from Chengdu Public Transport, the “Jin An Ju” series is designed to efficiently utilize land resources from the public transport stations. By integrating “bus stations + community commerce + affordable housing,” this innovative model leverages the rich resources from public transport to create a smart transportation community that combines intelligent transport systems, diverse social spaces, and modern living.

The goal is to establish a seamless public transport network that connects communities, transit hubs, schools, and hospitals. Coupled with the development of community commerce, these projects aim to provide well-rounded living environments that prioritize livability, accessibility, and a sustainable lifestyle for urban residents.

A spokesperson for Chengdu Public Transport shared insights on the “Jin An Ju” series, highlighting a variety of housing layouts that will utilize eco-friendly materials. A reputable property management firm will be brought in to enhance the community experience by providing shared spaces and recreational facilities. Additionally, features like new energy mini-circulation buses will be implemented to offer smart public transport services. The objective is to provide comprehensive, diverse services that activate the commercial potential of the community while ensuring a high quality of living.

The upcoming “Jin An Ju: Jilong Project” will consist of 294 affordable rental apartments, complemented by around 3,400 square meters of commercial space. Plans include optimizing the public transportation network in the residential area, adding new lines to connect residents with the subway, and introducing smart bus models for seamless integration of various green transportation options, thereby enhancing the overall travel experience within the community. The project aims to create diverse living scenarios by linking public transport with commercial operations.

In addition, projects like “Jin An Ju: Xinchuan,” “Jin An Ju: Guandong,” and “Shu Rong” are currently in steady development, and will soon make their debut to the residents of Chengdu.
